When I Have No Words I Still Have Something

Pumpkin Dip with Fruit and Cookies

Mix one small box of instant vanilla pudding, one 15 oz. can of pumpkintogether with 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Fold in 16 oz. of thawed Cool Whip.


OR, get fancy with this. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese until smooth. Mix in one small box of instant vanilla pudding, one 15 oz. can of pumpkin, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and 1 cup powdered sugar. Fold in 16 oz. of thawed Cool Whip.


Spoon spread into a hollowed pumpkin, or serving dish. Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon or freshely shaved nutmeg.


Serve with apples, pears, gingersnap cookies, grahan crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels....
