Romantic Postcard from 1906
Pink Garden Roses and Blue Heart "To My Valentine" and a personal message
Postcard mailed from Chicago on April 6, 1906 with a one-cent stamp
At some point the recipient covered the front and back with glass and added a lead frame in the manner of stained glass artwork.
The frame has a loop for using the antique as a wall hanging and a handcrafted wooden easel to use the card as table decoration.

Provenance/Ancestry/Heritage:
It appears the piece was more meaningful and sentimental than the message indicates as the owner wanted it near to her.
Besides being a beautiful card in itself, the preservation of it expresses the loving relationship between the sender and the recipient, Miss. Eva Guise, York, PA
Perfect romantic cottage chic and Victorian decor.
A must-have for the romantic soul.
